We’re hiring on-camera talent in Kansas City to help us film short, engaging lectures on topics like leadership, productivity, communication, and personal growth. You don't need to be a professional actor — just someone who’s confident on camera, comfortable reading from a teleprompter, and speaks clearly.What you’ll do• Record video lectures in our Kansas City studio (West Bottoms)
• Work off a teleprompter and follow scripts we provide
• Set your own filming schedule — days, nights, weekends — it’s totally flexible
• No ongoing coaching needed once you're trained — just show up, film, and get paidWhat we’re looking for• Someone with 10+ hours of availability per week
• Clear, well-enunciated speech and neutral accent
• Comfort or charisma on camera (acting, teaching, or presenting background is a bonus)
• Reliability and good communication — this is mostly self-managed after onboarding
• Ability to commute to our West Bottoms studio (free parking available)Compensation• $50/hr during training (typically the first 2–3 sessions)
• $200 per course filmed after onboarding
